A Little About Me is a first-of-its-kind digital tool that gives children a voice in their own care. Now a core feature of the Little Journey app, it will help UK hospitals advance strategic goals in efficiency, equity, and innovation in paediatric care.

Virtual Tours
Interactive 360° tours help children, young people, and their caregivers to navigate their hospital visit. Each tour has engaging characters who walk families step-by-step through their visit, whether it's for a blood test, an MRI, or surgery. The key rooms, equipment, and healthcare professionals they may meet are all introduced.

Caregiver Information
By providing articles, checklists, and site contact details, we create a single source of truth that reduces the information burden on families. Search, favourite, and filter functions make it simple to find and organise relevant content.
This module is designed by experts to recognise and support the crucial role parents and caregivers play in their child’s healthcare experience and compliance with care.

Relaxation
Through a series of child-narrated and playful animations, children and young people are guided through deep breathing and body relaxation exercises.
Designed with paediatric psychologists and health play specialists, the module provides effective tools to promote calmness, build emotional regulation skills, and help manage stress. For children visiting hospital, these coping strategies are essential for a more positive patient participant experience and to reduce anxiety and distress.

A selection of fun and interactive games to engage children and young people during appointments- from the waiting room to the procedure room.
