Little Journey wins at the PEN awards 2021

The Patient Experience Network awards are an established, national programme recognising best practice in patient experience across health and social care. Little Journey was the WINNER for Innovative use of Technology/Social/Digital Media; standing out amongst the “phenomenal entries this year” for its provision of interactive, engaging, and multi-faceted information for children and their parents before, during and after healthcare interactions.

Following on from the award, Little Journey are presenting with the NHS England and Improvement team at the Using insight for improvement workshops in October 2021. These online sessions aim to highlight the high-quality work performed to improve patient experience, sharing experiences and key themes.
